Washburn, Wisconsin Real Estate Sales: September 2025

In Washburn, only three single family homes closed in September. And at an average price of approximately $217,000, which is far below the year’s average of $280,000.

In town, two homes sold: 219 N 8th Ave W and 845 W Bigelow St. Both sold for less than the sellers’ initial asking price.

219 N 8th St, a manufactured three bed, two bed home on nearly 1/3 of an acre lot, was on the market for 268 days before selling for $159,000.

On Bigelow St., a three bed, two bath house with a two car garage sold in six days for $220,000, a little less than the sellers’ initial asking price of $225,000. The exterior belies the quaint, modest interior. While the home’s interior could benefit from some new fixtures and such, it’s got great wood floors and classic kitchen cabinets to work with. At its price point, and given its location, it’s a great home for a family to grow in.

Outside of town, a modest two bed, 1 bath home sitting on 40 acres on Paulson Rd sold in 14 days for $272,500, a little more than the sellers were asking, $269,900. This is a great price. The home does need some attention, but with as much land as you’re getting along with a heated garage, there’s a lot to like about this property.

No land in the area sold last month. Nothing commercial either.
